Processing Time
Orders are processed for next-day tracked shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam folders, or email us at info@alemaanco.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
How can I change my order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your order, or change your address, please contact info@alemaanco.com as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.
I didn't receive my package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead.
